Etsy, Etsy where have you been all my life? Why is it that I am just noticing this wonderful world of handmade items? I was browsing around one day and came across this great little Etsy shop Two Seaside Babes. They have the most adorable handmade crochet hats, blankets, headbands, scarves, and necklaces. With fall fast approaching and winter just around the corner, a great hat is a definite must! How this stay at home mama is able to produce such wonderful pieces and still take care of her two little ones is amazing to me! She was wonderful enough to send us a beautiful crochet visor buckle beenie for review. I was super excited to get to see it close up and in person, absolutely adorable on the website- beautiful in person.
The quality was superb, the yarn was super soft- wool acrylic blend- perfect for those chilly days. There is an adorable silver buckle attached gives it a little extra pizazz. It is sewn in pretty tight, and would take a lot for a little one to pull it off! The visor is a great addition, not only for style, but functionality as well. It’s just the right size to keep the sun out of your little ones eyes. I seriously don’t think I have ever seen such an adorable hat! My 3 year old loves it! Her little sister does too, it’s just a little too big for her. But no worries, I have all faith that this well made hat will last long enough for her to get it. And moms, your in luck, she makes adult sizes too! If you don’t see the size or color you want, just contact the owner and she will be glad to help you out. awwww, I LOVE Two Seaside Babes! Her shop is amazing! I own one of her pumpkin colored buckle beanies–and I adore it! But living in southern Alabama, I only get to wear her hat a short month, maybe.
