If you are a regular here, you know my mission to only use all natural products, especially on my girls. Mainstream brands make it so difficult sometimes because of the advertisement, using some of their favorite characters on the bottles so that they beg and beg for them. I don’t give in, not even for a second. Just last month we were in a store and right in the middle of the aisle was bubble bath, shampoo, and body wash with their favorite characters on it- they saw it, of course, and before they could even get the words out of their mouths “NO” came out of mine. One of the workers made a comment- “I’m glad your not my mom!” I felt like saying “so I’m a bad mom because I don’t want to put things on their bodies that can give them cancer, premature puberty, the list goes on and on”, and maybe I go a little overboard, but c’mon these are my babies!! I want to make sure I am doing everything I can to keep them safe!! I was so excited just the same week when I came across Treehouse Natural Products!

Nature Clean (review coming soon) teamed up with TreehouseTM and brought us some amazing pure and safe bath time products for our kids- with some of their other favorites on them- what little one doesn’t like The Backyardigans, or Franklin, Max and Ruby, and Little Bear!! I was soo happy to see them and I knew my girls were going to be thrilled!! When the box arrived I showed my girls all their bath time goodies and they were ecstatic!! “Franklin!! Max and Ruby!!! Little Bear!!! Pablo!!!” It made me feel really good that I could give them what they wanted and at the same time keep them safe and healthy too. The Trehouse products are formulated to be mild and gentle enough for babies. They are PH balanced, vegan, wheat, nut and gluten free! No nasty chemicals, no parabens, no petroleum, no perfumes and no dyes.

Natural Foaming Hand Soap
My favorite one to see was the Natural Foaming Hand Soap. My youngest daughter has really sensitive skin. The soap in her bathroom has always been natural and so I never really realized how sensitive she really is. We were in a public restroom and she used the antibacterial soap they had. About 5 minutes later she was saying her arms hurt, when I looked down, it looked like someone had burned her!! I felt so horrible! It really should be illegal for companies to sell products that do things like this to our kids!! Well, this all natural hand soap is mild and gentle and leaves hands soft and smelling yummy. Tons and tons of rich foam- Not to mention it has Franklin on it!!! LOVE it!
Berry Blast Bar Soap
Next, my girls favorite- the bar soap! I don’t have any idea why they love bar soap so much (I’m not a huge fan of bar soap in general- another germaphobe thing) but I must say, it does leave their skin super soft!! Most soaps have tons of unnecessary ingredients in them, but not this one- 6 ingredients SODIUM PALMATE, SODIUM COCOATE, WATER, GLYCERIN, SODIUM CITRATE, NATURAL MELON FLAVOUR. The melon scent is mild and my girls love it!! Comes in Little Bear (Berry Blast) and Franklin (Wacky Melon)
2-in-1 Shampoo
Next is the 2-in-1 Shampoo- we received the Pablo one (Berry Blast) from the Backyardigans- my youngest wanted to try this out sooo bad!! I was slightly worried because I am pretty particular about what I put in their hair- and shampoo isn’t usually at the top of my list (I usually just condition wash- ) But I did let her try it out. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it conditioned. Her hair was soft and shiny, not overly dry at all. The smell was yummy and again, she loved it- it has Pablo on it : ) it doesn’t take much to make them happy!!
Natural Baby and Toddler Wipes
We also received the Natural Baby and Toddler wipes. (Max and Ruby) Each pack contains 72 biodegradable soft and natural wipes that can be used on face, body, or diaper area (not flushable though!!!) It contains organic aloe vera and is super gentle! Again, another horror story with the wipes as well. My daughter had a horrible stomach virus- 1st time ever for either girl. It was so bad, her bottom was soooo bad!! Stupid me decided to get the gentle wipes instead of the ones I normally use- one swipe and she was screaming bloody murder!! I looked on the package and what do you think I saw….alcohol!! What in the world are companies putting alcohol in wipes that go on our little ones diaper area??? I was soo furious! And it was so – called gentle wipes??? These amazing wipes are not only alcohol free, but chlorine free, paraben free, and petroleum free as well!!
Needless to say, we are all happy with all the items we received- my girls because they got their favorite characters, and me because I know it is what is best for them!! I just found your site and glad I did! I’m really intrigued by this line. Thanks for sharing it! It really bothers me when certain brands tout “all natural” and then you look at the ingredient list and it’s a mile long and still includes a ton of crap I want to avoid. I’ll definitely look into the Treehouse Products.
Premature puberty are you serious … I really need to start researching things ! these products sound awesome , and love that they have characters on them ! I always feel so bad not getting her the elmo ones
