They stopped shipment of the penguins within one hour of the incidence and have taken all appropriate steps to contact all retailers selling the product. After the death of two infants, the CPSC has issued a recall of 1million cribs. The Simplicity brand cribs, manufactered in China (shocker) have an apparent defect in the drop side causing the consumers to be able to install it upside down, which causes the hardware to weaken and creates a gap big enough for infants to become trapped.

The new figure is over 9 million toys. (YIKES) Ok This is getting pretty scary. Boys jackets from Carters are being recalled due to a excessive amount of lead found in the snap closures on the jackets which could lead to lead poisoning. No injuries have been reported at this time, but anyone owning these jackets in size 2t-4t, and boys S,M,L. Should stop wearing them immediately. The jackets have the Carters logo on the front. these were sold from October to November 2006. You can contact the manufacturer for a full refund.
