I’m very dissapointed with my order, it took a month to get delivered when it was supposed to take 5 days, and after all when i got it the clothes smelled horrible. sent a email to find out how can I return something that didnt fix me because the package came without a return or exchange form and didnt get a reply. First and last time that i buy anything from Bellies n Babies
I have had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. I ordered 3 shirts and after a month received two of them. There was no information on the 3rd. I called and emailed repeatedly and finally found out that it was backordered. I was told it would be shipped in a week. It has now been 3 weeks. I have emailed and called repeatedly again. No one answers the phone and my emails have not been returned. I dont know if I’m going to get the 3rd shirt that I’ve already paid for. I absolutely will never ever order from babies n bellies again and would not recommend them to anyone, they are horrible.
I ordered from these people in March(might have been early April). It took forever for my swim suit to get to me, and when it did it was awful. I contacted the company to return it(store credit would have been fine) and they said send it back so I paid the shipping for that and sent it back and never heard from them again. I’m out $70+.
I’m still waiting on an order placed almost 2 weeks ago. I emailed to follow up and have not received a reply yet! Very disappointed as I am taking a trip and was counting on the order arriving before then.
I actually had a good experience here. I ordered a dress for a wedding I was attending. It is gorgeous and fits nicely. It came in 3 days, even though I got free shipping, so I really only have good things to say.
I ordered over three weeks ago to get a cute anniversary present for my pregnant wife. Now the anniversary is past and still no gift. It wouldn’t be as bad if I knew if they were even still in business. I have called multiple times and left four voice mail messages which have NOT been returned. This is not a comapny I will ever do business with again.
I ordered a dress from Babies N Bellies on 10/09/10, I got an email confirmation from Jessica Reyes, but NOT tracking number at all. I sent her an email to verify when I should be receiving an email confirmation.. still waiting for her to respond. Today (10/18/10) I decided to call their number: (954) 478-9133 an old lady answered the phone, she sounded confused and toll me I have a wrong number. I tried to send her an email using Babies N Bellies wedpage and it keep saying when I hit the sent bottom that it was an error. I HAVE A FEELING THIS IS FRAUD. I am in the process of filling a complait with my credit card company since I need my dress within the next two weeks for an event , and I am down $102.48.

I am terribly disappointed. I ordered what, according to the sizing chart, should have fit generously. It was WAY too small, then I discovered their terrible return policy. I had to priority ship it back, to stay within their ten day limit. Then I reordered two sizes up from my previous purchase, and AGAIN, the sizes were WAY off. Now I have to pay for more shipping back to them and try to find something that may/may not fit when I get it.
Unlike a lot of other posts i had a really lovely experience with this place. After i had ordered my event dress i got nervous due to reading reviews for this website, only to find my experience was great & had nothing to sweat.
I got free shipping with a coupon code, but could have used the one offered on the site, however opted for the free shipping as it saved me a bit more money than the 10% off would have.
When i was pregnant with my first child it was torture to find something that looked nice & stylish. I felt SO frumpy at our event with my first pregnancy & vowed i would NOT fall victim to feeling like that again. Pregnancy is CERTAINLY time to shine & thankfully this time around i definitely will!!!
I looked for months for a suitable dress for my husbands annual holiday work party & came up with nothing until i stumbled upon babies n bellies a few weeks ago. I FINALLY found dresses that didnt look like they came straight out of the 80′s “mom jeans” commercials & were just enough cocktail dressy that i needed. I didnt think the price was too outrageous seeing its a style that will allow to be worn after my pregnancy & i plan to have one more child after this anyways!(SO, im sure to get more than one use from it.) I had emailed the owner with my concern about getting it in enough time to try it, send it back & have another shipped out in the event i needed. The lady was very fast at responding & arranged for my order to ship out as soon as my billing was approved. I got it a few days before expected, even though i ordered on a holiday week. The dress itself is gorgeous, fits nicely & is well made. I followed the sizing chart & it seemed to be about right on for me. As said i really love that it will be able to be worn after my baby is born!
I have nothing other than nice things to say about this company as i didnt have a single issue. Ordering, contact, shipping, coupon codes & product were great!
I am very unsatisfied with this company! I ordered my yoga pants on 8/5/2011 and it’s now 8/22/2011… And still no pants! I’ve called and called and left messages on the website about my order and still no response. And on top of it they withdrew the $ 30.44 out of my account that same day, yet they can’t ship me my order? Definitely never EVER doing business with this company again… Wish I had read the feedback on this company before I placed my order.

I placed an online order 4wks ago and I have yet to receive the merchandise nor have I received a response to the several voicemails I’ve left and emails sent. They had no issue charging my credit card $126.47 right away. I am in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card company. I’m also going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau as I am concerned that this is not a legitimate company. I feel like a total sucker!

I emailed through their website for tracking information. Jessica Reyes responded quickly, but could provide no tracking information, however she said she’d look into it. A week later I asked to cancel my order and be refunded. Still no refund.
This week I’ll file a dispute with my credit card and a report with the BBB. By the way, this business is not showing a good track record with BBB in Florida.
I regret ordering from them at all. I wound up spending a little more money and got a fabulous dress online through Ann Taylor LOFT. Goes to show there’s a reason why bigger businesses make it and small ones fail. Sorry to be this way, but I hope you go down Babies n Bellies, because so far you are failing.
Crap, should’ve looked up reviews. I placed my order October 5th for a single pair of jeans, waited until October 10th to politely e-mail the company, and then Jessica replied almost instantly saying she’ll ship it out in a week. Here I am, October 17th, without product or even a shipment notification. At this point I’m not sure what to do, seeing as everyone above as tried just about everything to no avail. I guess I’ll wait it out, seeing as if you cancel and demand a refund you’re kind of *** out on your money. What a bummer.
