A stainless steel sippy cup? Yes, you heard it correctly. With all the BPA scares out there, the makers of The Safe Sippy, Kid Basix, created a sippy cup completely free of BPA, phthalates, or DEHA- they used stainless steel. Some parts of course had to be made from plastic, like the lid and spout, so they made sure the plastic used is completely free of all harmful chemicals. My daughter loves that the cup looks like it has a straw in it, so it makes it a little more fun for her, she’ll drink anything as long as it’s in a straw.
The shape of the spout is great for developing mouths, and the handles are really easy to grasp.
