Do you want to get an early start on teaching your baby to read? Sound too good to be true? Well, many parents have found themselves in awe at seeing their baby learning to read by using the Your Baby Can Read program. Even before your baby can talk they can recognize words they read……

The DVD is very simple and interactive with your baby. It begins with a home clip of Dr. Titzer and his daughter, she looks about maybe a year if that, he is holding flash cards up to her and she actually is reading them to him. She can’t say the words, but when the word says laugh, she laughs. It was amazing. The first time my daughter watched this, she couldn’t take her eyes off of it. A word appears on the screen and is repeated twice, then the word is visualized by acting it out. For instance the word clap appears and is read aloud twice, then a clip appears of a child or gorilla clapping their hands, and is explained. I am amazed at how quickly my daughter is catching on to the word clap, because we have only watched it for a few days. Parents, I have to say this though, you really need to watch the video with your baby. I don’t like my daughter to watch much television and am certainly not recommending that you just plop your child in front of the t.v. and let them watch it. You can spend quality time with your baby while teaching them something that is going to benefit them. The program also comes with sliding cards with words on both sides that correspond to the words they are learning in the video. Again, my daughter loved it, and she has a very short attention span usually, but we got through all of the words several times before she got restless. You also receive a blank card with a dry erase marker so you can add your own words that you would like your baby to learn. Dr. Titzer, the creator of the Your Baby Can Read program, and researcher of infant learning and development, feels that the best time to introduce reading to your child is the first three years of life. The synapses in your baby’s brain are developing so fast, make sure what your baby is learning will be of benefit to them in the future. With so much illiteracy in the schools today, you can help make sure that your baby will have the right start they need. I’m actually very impressed by the program and I’ve only gotten through the starter DVD. I’m sure you will feel the same way. If your a parent who wants to give your child the right start at a good education, you have to try this program. Go to yourbabycan.com for yours today. Check out Sophie reading here!
